In case you received a wrong item/product missing or damaged product.

In case a wrong product has been delivered or the product is missing in the package, please send us an email to orangewoodinnovations@gmail.com within 3 days of the delivery date with the order details such as order no./ Invoice copy and request details for the changes.
Post receipt of the details we shall revert in 48 hours (Working hours)

In case you have concerns related to the product.

If you have a product quality complaint, please write an email to orangewoodinnovations@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the products with details of order/invoice company and stating the concerns faced about the products. Post receipt of the details we shall revert in 48 hours (Working hours)

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email at orangewoodinnovations@gmail.com 6 hours of placing the order.
Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.
You can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery as the order will not be returned once delivered.

In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you.

Drop us an email at orangewoodinnovations@gmail.com com within 3 days (72 hours) of the date of delivery and our customer care team will revert to you.

Shipping Fees terms

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs.499+, which is notified from time to time. Currently we are not operating Cash-On-Delivery.
